As a UX Designer at Spectrum, I focus specifically on the Spectrum Business division. I play a key role in enhancing the digital experience for business customers by updating and designing web pages, creating engaging digital ads, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms. Whether it’s launching a new product, optimizing the user journey, or ensuring seamless responsiveness across devices, I strive to create intuitive and visually compelling experiences tailored to business users.

A major part of my role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely content updates—especially during major phone launches like the iPhone—so that Spectrum Business’s online presence stays dynamic, relevant, and user-friendly.

New Page Designs

Creating new pages from scratch requires a deep understanding of user needs and business goals. I design pages that are visually compelling, easy to navigate, and conversion-driven, ensuring they align with Spectrum Business’s brand identity. From wireframing to high-fidelity mockups, I craft designs that enhance engagement and provide clear, actionable user journeys.

Each new page is designed with usability and accessibility in mind, ensuring that all users, regardless of device or ability, can interact seamlessly with the content. By collaborating with product managers, developers, and marketing teams, I create pages that not only look great but also perform efficiently across different screen sizes and user touchpoints.

Website Updates

At Spectrum, I focus on improving the user experience for the Spectrum Business division by updating and optimizing web pages. Whether it’s refining navigation, enhancing mobile responsiveness, or redesigning sections for better engagement, I ensure that every page provides a seamless and intuitive experience. My work involves analyzing user behavior, implementing design improvements, and collaborating with developers to bring these enhancements to life.

A big part of my role is ensuring that Spectrum Business’s website remains modern, accessible, and user-friendly. This includes updating UI components, refining layouts, and adjusting content based on new promotions, product changes, or user feedback. Through continuous iteration and testing, I help create a more engaging and efficient digital experience for business customers.

Policing the Brand

Maintaining brand consistency is crucial for a seamless user experience. I help police the brand by ensuring all web pages, banners, and digital assets adhere to Spectrum Business’s visual and messaging guidelines. My work also includes updating promotional content, product details, and legal disclaimers, ensuring that all information remains accurate and relevant.

Beyond just visual design, I play a key role in keeping Spectrum Business’s website content timely and aligned with business objectives. Whether it’s updating pricing, launching new promotions, or refreshing creative assets, I ensure that every update reflects the latest brand messaging and enhances the customer experience for business users.

UI/UX Process & Strategy

Beyond visual design, I leverage user research, wireframing, and prototyping to enhance the overall user experience. I focus on improving site usability, accessibility, and engagement through data-driven design decisions. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, I ensure that every update aligns with both business objectives and user expectations.

A crucial part of my process is testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics. Whether it’s through A/B testing, heatmaps, or usability studies, I ensure that the designs I create are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. This continuous improvement approach helps create a better experience for Spectrum Mobile customers.

Design & Development Tools

To deliver high-quality designs and seamless user experiences, I leverage a robust set of industry-leading tools. I use Figma and Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping, allowing for efficient collaboration and iteration. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) helps me create visually compelling assets for digital ads and web content.

Additionally, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Assets plays a key role in managing and updating content across Spectrum Mobile’s digital ecosystem, ensuring consistency and efficiency. I also utilize Glassbox to analyze user interactions and optimize site performance. These tools enable me to streamline workflows, create effective designs, and enhance the overall user experience.

Digital Advertising

In addition to web design, I also support the broader creative needs of Spectrum Business by designing logos, marketing emails, and digital ads—including display banners for paid media campaigns. I ensure each asset aligns with the brand’s visual identity while adapting to various platforms and formats. Whether it’s creating high-impact visuals for advertising, building templates for scalable email campaigns, or developing branded graphics for internal or external use, I help maintain a cohesive and professional look across all touchpoints.
