Rite Aid
I collaborated with Rite Aid Pharmacy to enhance their digital presence and deliver intuitive, user-friendly shopping experiences. My work included revamping web pages to align with their new brand refresh, incorporating responsive layouts optimized for both desktop and mobile, improving navigation for seamless browsing, and ensuring a consistent user experience. I also redesigned their weekly digital ad, applying user-centered design strategies to make promotions visually appealing and easy to interact with across devices.
Additionally, I created data-driven digital advertising campaigns for platforms like Google Ads and social media, developed comprehensive style guides to ensure brand consistency, and designed in-store signage that complemented online promotions. By integrating these efforts, I helped establish a cohesive omnichannel experience.

Web Redesigns
As part of my role at Rite Aid, I was responsible for updating their homepage and other key web pages to align with their rebrand, ensuring a fresh and cohesive look across their digital platforms. This process included making strategic updates to sections to further enhance the user experience, such as improving navigation, refining layouts, and optimizing content placement.
Collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders, I ensured that all updates were executed seamlessly and aligned with business goals, creating a more engaging and user-friendly experience for customers.

Emails
I was also responsible for developing Rite Aid’s weekly customer emails, ensuring they effectively communicated promotions, seasonal campaigns, and featured products. This involved designing visually appealing layouts, crafting engaging content, and aligning the emails with brand guidelines.
By focusing on clarity and user experience, I helped create emails that not only captured customer attention but also drove engagement and conversions, delivering value to both the brand and its audience.

Digital Ads
I created digital ads for Rite Aid, focusing on their pharmacy services as well as special events and seasonal promotions. These ads were designed to be visually impactful and aligned with the brand’s guidelines, ensuring they resonated with the target audience.
By tailoring each ad to highlight key messaging and objectives, I helped drive awareness, engagement, and customer action across various digital platforms.

Style Guides
As part of my role at Rite Aid, I developed style guides for various seasonal campaigns, with the summer guide being a key example. I designed it to create a cohesive and vibrant design language, incorporating a carefully selected color palette, engaging icons, seasonal graphics, and clear price points.
This style guide ensured visual consistency across all creative assets, from digital banners to social media ads, helping to reinforce the brand's identity and deliver a unified experience throughout the summer campaign.

From Guide to Signage
As part of my role at Rite Aid, I developed the holiday style guides for campaigns like Christmas and Halloween, and also contributed to the creation of in-store signage. These guides served as the foundation for designing digital assets for the weekly ad, website, and mobile app.
By applying the cohesive color palettes, graphic elements, and seasonal designs, we ensured that each campaign maintained a unified look across all touchpoints. This consistency helped enhance the customer experience both in-store and online, reinforcing the festive themes across multiple platforms.

Print Ad
In my role at Rite Aid, I was responsible for designing pages for print ads, which involved sourcing product images and developing compelling narratives to showcase the featured items. By creating engaging stories around the products, I worked to capture customer attention and boost interest in the offerings.
Occasionally, I also adjusted product images or directed photoshoots to ensure that the visuals aligned with the campaign’s messaging and quality standards. This meticulous attention to detail ensured that all advertising materials maintained a high-quality, visually consistent experience.

Seasonal Campaign Development
At Rite Aid, my role also involved developing the campaign look and feel for seasonal promotions such as Halloween and Christmas, with a focus on pharmacy-related campaigns. This process typically began with ad planning, collaborating closely with the product team to create designs that could be applied across both print and digital platforms, ensuring flexibility for various sizes and formats.
I was responsible for developing detailed style guides to maintain consistency and quality throughout the campaigns. Additionally, I oversaw the creative process to ensure brand integrity, ensuring that each campaign remained on-brand and visually cohesive across all materials.

Special Projects
In addition to my core responsibilities, I worked on various special projects for Rite Aid, including designing gift cards, store bags, giveaways, and other specialty signage. For these projects, I ensured that each design was aligned with the brand's overall look and feel, while also serving the specific functional needs of the items.
Whether it was creating visually appealing gift cards, designing impactful giveaways, or developing clear and attractive in-store signage, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to bring these specialty projects to life, ensuring they enhanced the customer experience and reinforced the brand identity.

Photoshoots
As part of my role at Rite Aid, I directed product photoshoots and, on occasion, worked with models for specific projects during their rebrand. I collaborated with photographers to ensure that the products were captured in a way that aligned with the new brand direction, paying close attention to lighting, composition, and the overall aesthetic.
For certain campaigns, I provided direction on how to best showcase the models to match the rebrand’s vision, ensuring that the final visuals conveyed the desired message. This attention to detail helped produce high-quality images that were consistent with the refreshed brand identity.
